Art, for me, is both a refuge and a form of exploration. I work primarily in acrylics, embracing the vibrant, expressive potential of color to capture not just the world as it appears, but the emotions and stories it evokes. My paintings range from serene landscapes and reflective lakes to abstract compositions, each offering a unique lens through which viewers can experience nature, light, and spirit.

Nature has always been my greatest teacher. I am fascinated by the subtle interplay of light and shadow, the calm reflections of water, and the textures of the natural world. These elements inspire me to create pieces that are immersive, inviting viewers to pause and reflect. My landscapes and seascapes often blend realism with a sense of imagination, transforming familiar scenes into moments of quiet wonder.

Faith and spirituality also inform my work. Many of my recent pieces draw inspiration from the Psalms, exploring themes of hope, resilience, and contemplation. Through these works, I aim to create a dialogue between the visual and the spiritual, where each brushstroke resonates with meaning and feeling.

Abstract painting has become an avenue for freedom and experimentation. Here, I embrace imperfection, letting emotion guide my hand and allowing the canvas to evolve organically. These works are a testament to the journey itself—the process of creation as much as the final image.
